You can cancel your registration until 5/9 on this website.
Please pay the cancellation charge after it. The cancellation fee is not a penalty but is meant to partially compensate for the cost of food, location, and car reservations, so please pay regardless of the reason. If there is a cancellation without notice, the account will be suspended until the cancellation fee is paid. We appreciate your understanding.
Please be sure to notify us of cancellations via email if the cancellation deadline has passed. Circle members do not have the authority to approve cancellations, so cancellations communicated to friends within the circle will not be valid. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in temporary suspension of membership until the fee is paid.
