How to Submit Your ShILC Trial Visit Application
Before submitting your application, please make sure you can receive emails from both of our domains:
@international-circle.org and @shilc.jp
We use email to confirm your application and arrange your trial visit if your application is approved.
Please follow the three steps below.
Step 1 — Check Emails from @international-circle.org
First, click the button at the bottom of this page to open the email confirmation form.
We'll send you an automatic confirmation email from @international-circle.org.
If you don't receive it, please check your spam or junk folder and your email filter settings.
Make sure you can receive our emails before continuing.
Step 2 — Verify Emails from @shilc.jp
Next, follow the instructions and confirmation link in the automatic email you received in Step 1.
This will help you check that you can also receive emails from @shilc.jp.
The email sent during Step 2 contains the link to the Trial Visit Application Form. Please keep this email and use the link to proceed to Step 3.
Both email checks are important because we'll use these domains to contact you about your application and trial visit.
Step 3 — Submit Your Trial Visit Application
Open the Trial Visit Application Form using the link provided in the email sent during Step 2.
Please fill out the form carefully and provide accurate information about yourself, your English communication skills, and your expected participation.
After submitting your application, you should receive an automatic confirmation email, usually within 10 minutes.
Important: The automatic email only confirms that your application has been received. It does not mean your application has been approved.
We review applications individually. Approximately 40% of applications are currently approved.
If your application is approved, we'll contact you by email, usually within about one week, to arrange your trial visit.
Please do not attend a meetup until you have received confirmation from us.
