Xmas Party 2024

We are renting out a beautiful cafe for our Christmas party. Enjoy the last event of the year with delicious food and games.
 

We'll decorate a white tree and have a great time：

Events are open only to club members.

You can cancel your registration until 12/14.

Thereafter, the following cancellation fees will apply regardless of the reason for cancellation. The cancellation fee is not a penalty but is meant to partially compensate for the cost of food and location reservations, so please pay regardless of the reason. We appreciate your understanding.

If you have a reservation and do not show up without notice, your account will be temporarily frozen until cancellation fees are paid.
