Halloween Party 2024

The party will be held at a trendy cafe close to Shijo-Karasuma. It's a fancy dress event, so dress to impress! The spacious venue gives you ample room to socialize and meet new people. Additionally, tables will be available, and you can enjoy playing fun and easy games like Jenga.

You can cancel your registration until 10/19.

Thereafter, the following cancellation fees will apply regardless of the reason for cancellation. The cancellation fee is not a penalty but is meant to partially compensate for the cost of food and location reservations, so please pay regardless of the reason. We appreciate your understanding.

If you have a reservation and do not show up without notice, your account will be temporarily frozen until cancellation fees are paid.
